Paul Michael Ash: Bio

I don't know what to write here. But, apparently, something must go here, so here goes. . . .

I taught myself how to play out of a chord book after my brother turned down my gift of a replacement guitar for his stolen instrument while he was attending college in Boston, MA.

My family and friends signed me up to play at a little festival without my knowledge and then I read about it in a newspaper. I had three weeks to prepare and so I did. Prepare, that is. I have been writing, singing and playing ever since.

I'm not shy about exploring any subject within or without me. Everybody's got something in there. Everybody's got something out there.

These are some of the jobs I've held:
Newspaper carrier, Summer camp kitchen worker, Hotel stockroom assistant, Farm worker, Horse stall mucker, Truck driver, Sawmill worker, Shoe factory shoe maker, Soldier, Sporting goods salesperson, Electronic tester, Gas station attendant, Deli worker, College student, Hydrology lab worker, Pressman, Horse trainer, Subdivision control officer, Chemical Industrial accident Recipient of the Year, Societal dropout, Construction worker, News announcer, Newspaper circulation supervisor, Computer geek, Photographer, Journalist, Poet, Song writer, Performer, Raconteur.
